Who we are

Honey Business Content Creator (HBCC) is made and sold by HoneyBusiness (www.honeybusiness.in), [ADD: HoneyBusiness address, city, PIN]. The seller name is [ADD: legal seller name, as on Razorpay KYC].

What stays on your device

Your brand kits, facts, drafts, library, history, pictures and backups are saved on your own device. They are never sent to our server.

Your Google AI key is also kept only on your device, locked with a key that cannot be taken out of the browser or the Windows app. We never see it, and it is not put in a backup file.

What our licence server keeps

Our small licence server keeps only what it needs to run your plan:

• Your email address.
• Your plan: its name, start date and end date.
• Your devices: a random device number, a name such as "Chrome on Windows", the type and the last time it was used.
• Your payments and receipts: the plan, the amount, the date, the Razorpay payment number and the seller details printed on the receipt.
• Sign-in codes, only as a scrambled value, for a short time.
• A log of important actions: sign-ins, devices removed, payments, and changes made by the owner.
• Counters that stop misuse. They hold a scrambled short code made from your network address, not the address itself.

What we never keep

• The content you make, your brand details or your facts.
• Your Google AI key.
• Your card, UPI or bank details. These are typed only on Razorpay’s own page or pop-up.

Other services that touch your information

• Razorpay takes the payment. It receives your email address, the name part of your email, the plan and the amount. Razorpay’s own terms and privacy notice apply to what you type on its page.
• Resend sends our emails (sign-in codes, receipts and renewal reminders). It receives your email address and the email text.
• Cloudflare hosts the app and the licence server, so it handles the requests that reach them.
• Google runs the AI. When you make something, the app sends your brief, your brand details and your facts straight from your device to Google, using your own Google AI key. We do not see this. Google’s own terms apply (see the link below); they say what Google may do with content sent with a free key and with a paid key. Please read them.

Why we use your information

You agree to this when you type your email and ask for a sign-in code. We send no advertising email. You can stop by not using the service, and you can ask us to erase your record (see "Your choices").

• To sign you in and give you the free trial.
• To run your plan, your devices and your receipts.
• To email you sign-in codes, receipts and a reminder before your plan ends.
• To help you when you write to us, and to stop misuse.

How long we keep it

• Sign-in codes: until they are used or expire (10 minutes). Old ones are cleared every day.
• Misuse counters: cleared every day.
• Payment and receipt records: 8 years, because receipts and accounts may need to be kept.
• Account and device records: deleted within 90 days after your last plan or free trial ends, or sooner when you ask.
• Your content is never on our server, so there is nothing of it to keep or delete.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or take back your consent. Write to hello@honeybusiness.in from the email address you signed up with. We will reply within 2 working days, and settle a complaint within 15 days.

If we erase your record, your plan stops working. We may have to keep payment and receipt records for the period above.

Age

HBCC is made for adults who run a business or create content. You must be 18 or older to use it.

If something goes wrong

If a problem with our server may affect you, we will email you without delay and tell you what to do. To report a security problem, write to security@honeybusiness.in.

Changes to this page

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it starts.
