Draft - to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch
Terms of Use
Last updated 30 October 2026
These are the rules for using Honey Business Content Creator (HBCC). By signing in you agree to them.
Your licence
HoneyBusiness gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use HBCC while your free trial or paid plan is running. One plan covers up to 2 devices at the same time. You may not share your sign-in, resell the app or let others use your plan. You must be 18 or older.
Free trial
Every email gets one free trial of 7 days with all features, and each device gets one trial. No card is asked for. When it ends, you can still open your library, calendar, settings, backup and export, but making new content needs a paid plan.
Plans and prices
All prices are all inclusive, final, and shown in rupees. You pay once for each plan and renew by hand when you want to. We never charge you again by ourselves: there is no autopay and no automatic renewal.
The price is set by our server at the time you pay. A payment adds its days to the end of your plan: if your plan is still running, the days are added after the current end date.
- Monthly: ₹199 for 30 days
- 3 Months: ₹499 for 90 days
- Yearly: ₹999 for 365 days
When your plan ends
You can no longer make new content. Your data stays on your device, and you can still open it, back it up and export it. Paying again starts your plan again.
Your content and your Google AI key
What you make is yours. You are responsible for checking it before you post or send it. You use your own Google AI key, and your use of Google’s service follows Google’s terms and limits. A free key has Google’s daily limits.
What you must not do
We may stop a licence that is used this way, and we will tell you why.
- Make hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content, or pretend to be a real person.
- Try to break, copy or overload the app or the licence server, or get around the plan or device limits.
- Use the app to harm others.
AI drafts
HBCC writes drafts with AI. Drafts can be wrong or incomplete. See our AI notice.
Changes and availability
We work to keep HBCC running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may improve or change features. If we stop offering HBCC, we will give you 30 days’ notice and refund the paid days you have not used.
Our responsibility
HBCC is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the plan that is running when the problem happened.
Law and courts
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat.
Notes for the lawyer (remove before launch)
- The owner has decided: our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the current plan; if HBCC stops we give 30 days’ notice and refund unused paid days; disputes go to the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat; the minimum age is 18. Please word these clauses and confirm they are allowed.
- GST is switched off. Prices are all inclusive and receipts are payment receipts, not GST invoices. It stays off until a GST number is applied for and the CA confirms the invoice layout. Please confirm the wording around this.
- Please confirm any other clause a business that sells online needs.
